Main Line Health seeks a chair of obstetrics and gynecology to lead a growing women's health service line across a multi-hospital system in the Philadelphia region. This role offers the opportunity to reset culture, unify teams, and guide strategic growth while remaining clinically active. You will partner closely with system leadership, nursing, and campus chiefs to standardize quality, advance education, and strengthen physician engagement across inpatient and outpatient settings.
