BC/BQ Physician for Family Medicine

Well Span Health is seeking a BC/BQ physician to join our team of experienced Family Medicine providers in northern York County – a short drive to Harrisburg, PA.

Join 5 physicians, 2 CRNPs, and a social worker coordinator in this suburban practice.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday. You will have a care team with an MA or LPN by your side. Excellent call schedule 1:10; 1:14 when fully staffed. Practice closes at 4pm on Fridays. Beautiful newer building with lots of space; physical therapy on site.

Physician-designed compensation model – a blend of RVU and Patient Panel. Competitive signing bonus plus educational loan repayment. Full relocation. Excellent benefits and retirement savings plans. Malpractice coverage including tail. $5,000/year for CME. Well Span is reimagining healthcare and utilizes DAX – Dragon Ambient eXperience in our Primary Care practices. DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record for the provider.

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
