She Recruits is partnering with a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Central Pennsylvania to recruit a board certified or board eligible psychiatrist for an outpatient-focused role serving both adult and pediatric populations.

The OpportunityThis is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM outpatient psychiatry position designed for stability and long-term career growth.
You'll practice in a collaborative environment with:

You'll provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive psychiatric care in a setting that prioritizes access, quality, and continuity.
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary starting at $240,000+ (based on experience)
