Practice Setting:
Hospital-based with rounding

Schedule:

Nights and weekends

Dates of Coverage: TBD

Call Ratio: 2–3 weekends per month

Facility Details:

• Number of ORs: 16
• Average Cases per Day: 2
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Patient Population:
  Adult and geriatric

Credentialing: 90–120 days (may be shorter if the provider already holds a PA license)

• Aneurysm repair
• Carotid artery endarterectomy (CEA)
• Femoral bypass surgery
• Fistula procedures
• Endovascular and open surgical reconstruction for deep vein occlusions
• Endovascular therapy for peripheral artery disease (PAD)
• Endovascular therapy for gangrene of the limbs

Additional Vascular Conditions Treated:

• Vascular malformations
• Nutcracker syndrome
• Lymphedema
• Venous wounds
• Carotid stents
• Varicose veins

• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery – Required
• Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship – Required
• Active Pennsylvania license – Required
• BLS & ACLS certification – Required
• Clean malpractice history – Required
• Local provider – Preferred
