- Closed ICU model (26-bed MICU/ICU)

- Enjoy collaborative management of complex cardiopulmonary care with Guthries Pulse Center, bringing together pulmonary, critical care, cardiology, CT surgery, and subspecialty services
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range $361,000 - $448,000
- Student loan repayment $150K
- Starting bonus + paid relocation
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

- 8 weeks of total Paid Time Off (4 weeks of vacation + 2 weeks CME + paid holidays + sick leave)
