Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health invites applications for an extraordinary leadership opportunity as Managing Physician of it's established Maternal-Fetal Medicine Practice in Lancaster, PA
. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse, high-risk obstetric population while supporting and guiding the operational and clinical aspects of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. The MFM Managing Physician role addresses the need for high-quality maternal-fetal care in the face of growing patient volumes and complexities, contributing to improved patient outcomes in high-risk obstetrics. The MFM Managing Physician will have the opportunity to continue practicing MFM while helping oversee the continued growth of a nationally recognized MFM Service.

Opportunity and Practice Highlights
  • Lead the continued growth of a comprehensive MFM service line including patient care with strong institutional and supervisor support
  • The practice has grown significantly, adding new faculty and expanding MFM services at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health with state-of-the-art 3D/4D ultrasound imaging and evidence-based protocols.

    : 4-day workweek, 10-hour days-supporting work-life balance to elevate the practice

Minimum Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Proven leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
