  On-campus practice in Roaring Spring, PA
• EMR:
  Epic (hospital & clinic);
  Provation GI in clinic
• Patient Volume:
  Approx. 20 clinic patients/day; minimal inpatient (approx. 5 pts/week)
• Equipment:
  Olympus scopes; 2 new endoscopy suites
• Conemaugh Nason Medical Center is a 45-bed hospital located in Roaring Spring, PA, and is part of Lifepoint Health

• EGD & colonoscopy required
