UPMC Magee is currently accepting OB/GYN applicants for its growing UPMC Horizon location, offering a competitive base salary of $500k for physicians with 3+ years of experience and $475k for new graduates, alongside a $35k starting bonus and productivity bonuses. Located in a scenic suburban area near Pittsburgh, UPMC Horizon is recognized as a High Performing Hospital for Maternity Care and provides comprehensive women's health services.
Providers will join an established team offering care for low- and high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgeries, and robust clinical support including 24/7 inhouse anesthesia and a Level II NICU.

Level II NICU via UPMC Children's - Join 6 other OB/GYNs, 13 APPs/Midwives
- 1,100 deliveries and over 1,000 surgical cases annually as a practice
- UPMC Horizon is the sole provider of womens health across Mercer & Lawrence counties including labor and delivery, postpartum care and recovery, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, NICU, etc.
- UPMC Horizon is a community hospital with Family Medicine and General Surgery residencies locally
Responsibilities
- Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies, midwifery services, teen gynecology, birth control including IUDs, subdermal implants, minimally invasive treatment of fibroids, tumors, and endometriosis, MFM, REI, neonatology, etc.
- Occasional teaching for medical students, residents and fellows if desired
Compensation
- $500k base for 3+ years' experience and $475k for new grads
- $35k starting bonus
- Productivity bonuses at its growing UPMC Horizon location
- $500k Salary for 3 years' experience & $475K for recent grads
- $35k Starting Bonus plus RVU-based Productivity Bonuses

Shift & Schedule
