U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School.
We are seeking an Educational Aide to provide in-person, one-on-one support to a 10th-grade student near Waterford, PA. This role involves working 10 hours per week during school hours. The position is offered on a per-diem independent contractor basis, providing flexibility and convenience.
Pay: $20-22/hr.
Primary Responsibilities- Individualized Support
:
Provide personalized assistance to encourage student participation in live online sessions. - Behavioral Implementation
:
Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist - Academic Guidance
:
Guide students through independent study and enrichment activities - Assignment Oversight
:
Review classwork and supervise completion of make-up assignments
- Educational Requirement
:
An Associate's degree or higher is mandatory. - Experience
:
Prior work with children is essential. - Clearances
:
Ability to obtain necessary background checks
- Choose your own hours during the school day
