Learning Support Teacher, Grade 8 - Anticipated Opening

Now Hiring! BHASD is seeking an energetic and dynamic Middle School Eighth Grade Learning Support Teacher (contract position). The teacher will provide appropriate instructional activities, develop or modify curricula, and prepare lessons and materials according to students' ability levels, disabilities, and impairments.

Qualifications: Valid PA Special Education certification required. Mid-Level Grades 4-8 certification with both Mathematics and English subject areas or English 7-12 and Mathematics 7-12 certifications are required.

Schedule: Full-time contracted position beginning August 12, 2025, at the start of the 2025-26 school year, upon completion of pre-employment requirements and School Board approval.
