What You'll Do

* Assists with specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants.

* Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.

* Manage all equipment to ensure safety.

* Maintains a clean and risk-free environment.

* Ensures all children are picked up by a parent.

* Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.

* Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.

* Performs other related duties as assigned.
