This new full time position is being developed to organize and orchestrate volunteer worship elements and engage the community in way that invite new families to find their place and grow Assistant Pastor will also assist the Pastor on occasions that he is unavailable, not limited to weddings, funerals, hospital and home visits, counseling, etc. We are also willing to build on an applicant's strengths.
Salary: $30K-$59K
Requirements
The applicant should be committed in Christian faith, have a Biblical foundation/stance that results in both orthodoxy and orthopraxy, able to engage well with all, especially families with youth/children and be spiritually discerning, especially in conflicts/dissension; able to be firm but loving. Also, applicants should have strong administration skills, excellent with time management, effective communication, able to oversee worship teams and gifted in spiritual counseling.
