The special education para educator assigned to an autistic support classroom provides instructional and behavioral support to students, in addition to assisting with daily personal skills. The para educator will work at the direction of the teacher and is under the general supervision of the building principal and director of special education.
Qualifications- Demonstrated or prior experience working with children, and excellent organization and communication skills
- Minimum starting rate of $16.97 - $19.51 per hour – credit may be given for relevant experience
- No district paid health benefits; coverage available for purchase at 100% employee cost
