KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop, implement and regularly review the school´s SEND Policy and Inlcusion Policy.

* Monitor the quality of teaching and learning for pupils with SEND and evaluate impact.

* Oversee early identification of pupils with additional needs.

* Implement and monitor the graduated approach:
Asses-Plan-Do-Review.

* Coordinate screening, asseement and intervention processes.

* Design, implement and evaluate targeted interventions.

* Track progress of SEND pupils and ensure measureble impact.

* Ensure reasonable adjustments are implemented effectively.

* Advise and support teachers on differentiation strategies and inclusive classroom practice.

* Deliver or coordinate staff training on SEND and inclusive practices.
