Implement a 24/7 admissions process to ensure sign-in compliance and satisfaction;
Coordinate referral flow and post-admission processes using the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC);
Conduct admissions counseling and tours for potential customers and families;
Manage admission sign-in and maintain high patient/family satisfaction
