Job Description:
The Schuylkill Valley School District has an anticipated vacancy for a 3rd Grade Teacher at the Elementary School effective with the start of the 2026-27 school year. This position is responsible for implementing the district's elementary education instructional program with students and providing the students with appropriate instruction and a learning environment that will enable each student in the district to master the basic elementary education skills outlined in the curriculum.
PA elementary education teaching certificate, ability to teach learners of varied abilities in the general education classroom, math and reading content mastery, demonstrated evidence of increasing student achievement, understanding of PA state standards, experience with PBIS, demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others, and acceptable record of attendance required.
