2620. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Trainee Educator to join our Hive and begin a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their journey in the sector while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.### About the Role As a Trainee Educator, you will:
* Support experienced Educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
* Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, rest periods, and outdoor play
* Learn about the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Work towards completing your Certificate III qualification while gaining hands-on experience

You will receive mentoring and guidance from experienced leaders while developing your confidence and professional skills.### What You’ll Need
* A genuine interest in working with children aged 0–5 years
* Willingness to enrol in and complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
* Strong communication skills
* A valid NSW Working With Children Check (Employee) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
