School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Oxford

This contract position focuses on delivering speech and language services to children ages 3 to 5, offering an engaging itinerant schedule across multiple locations within Adams County. • Current PA SLP license required and must be presented with your application
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; exceptional Clinical Fellows considered if supervision arrangement is funded
• Experience or interest in school-based or early childhood SLP services
• Comfort working with students with diverse special education needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned areas

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough records and documentation; dedicated time each week for paperwork is built into your schedule
• Conduct evaluations and monitor progress to maximize student outcomes
• Communicate regularly with families and educational staff to support each students needs
• Utilize provided tools, materials, and technology including a laptop, iPad, subscription to lesson planning resources, and testing kits

• Consistent hours: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, 35 hours per week, following a 188‑day preschool-focused calendar
• All therapy materials and technology furnished
• Ample support for paperwork and administration, reducing after‑hours work
