Shift Type:
Part‑time (hours available). Full‑time instructors may have a 40‑hour work week that is not guaranteed and scheduled hours may vary.

Job Specifications- Starting Wage: $20/hr
- Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives.

- Teach group and private lessons.
- Work with guests of all ages, focusing on children.
- Deliver world‑class guest service.
- Create a safe and fun learning environment.
- Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain.
- Comfortable working with children aged 3 and older.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays and to meet minimum scheduling requirements.
- Comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods of time.
- Placement contingent upon successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service and safety standards.
