Learning Support Teacher

Coventry Christian Schools—a classical Christian school of 650 students (240+ in Lower School) in Pottstown, PA is seeking a caring, attentive, and mission-driven Learning Support Teacher to join our Learning Support team immediately. This full-time position supports students who benefit from additional academic guidance, helping reinforce foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics within a Christ-centered learning environment. Working under the direction of the Lower School Head and Learning Support Coordinator, the Learning Support Teacher provides small group and one‑on‑one support while helping students develop habits of attention, perseverance, and confidence.

The ideal candidate has experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrates patience and strong relational skills, and is committed to supporting the school’s classical Christian approach to student formation and learning. This role partners closely with teachers and families to encourage student growth while contributing to a culture of care, order, and encouragement.
