Position: Small Group Trainer
Location: Kennett Square

Embark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure

To plan, organize, and deliver small group personal training programs, including TRX, to participants in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

* Plan, develop, organize and lead specific activities and routines for all participants with various alternatives based on skill level.

* Lead with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.

* Organize and maintain program records, (i.e., attendance record, rosters, etc.)

* Manage and maintain all equipment.

* Communicate effectively and timely with program participants.

* Promote other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.

* Ensure compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.
