Job Title: Substitute Teachers (K-12)
Location: Knoch School District
Employment Type: Part-Time, As Needed
Position Summary
The Knoch School District is currently accepting applications for part-time Substitute Teachers to provide coverage in classrooms across all grade levels (K-12) as needed. Substitute Teachers support instructional activities, classroom management, and student learning under the direction of certified staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification (preferred).
- Experience working with children in educational settings is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Must successfully obtain Act 24, Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 clearances.
- Ability to adapt to different grade levels and classroom environments.
- Building-Based Substitute: $135 per day
- Day-to-Day Substitute: $105 per day
- Retired Knoch Teacher: $120 per day
