POSITION TITLE: Middle School Math Teacher
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time, 190 Day Teacher Contract beginning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Secondary Math Teaching Certification
- Provide Math instruction to Middle School students
- Communicates with parents about students' progress
- Provides an educational atmosphere consistent with instructional goals
- Plans, develops, writes, and implements curriculum and educational programs in accordance with educational/treatment goals and students' abilities.
- Manages student behavior to encourage best possible student educational experience
- Evaluates student's academic growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports
- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
