Elementary: (8:30a-3:45p), Middle (7:30-3:00pm) High (7a-2:30p) Positions:
Description:
We are looking for a Personal Care assistant for a school within the district. Assist student with meeting academic and/or behavioral goals. Assist student with any supports/modifications needed to access facilities and curriculum, including physical support and adapting teaching materials.
Reports to:
Supervisor of Special Education and Building Principal Requirements:
Must have at least 6 months of experience working with students with behaviors Pre-Employment Paperwork Requirements: PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
CPR/First Aid
