This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Geography teacher, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to join a thriving school where curiosity about the world, global awareness, and academic excellence are central to the curriculum.

As a Teacher of Geography, you will join a supportive and collaborative Humanities department, delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 as you develop.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Geography lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Encouraging students to explore both physical and human geography through enquiry-based learning
• Differentiating teaching to support students of all abilities
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, implementing strategies to raise attainment
• Promoting high expectations of behaviour and academic achievement
• Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards achieving it (ECTs encouraged to apply)
• Has a degree in Geography or a related subject
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Geography
