Academic Coordinator at White Force Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. India

The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring academic programs in the center. The role involves working closely with faculty, content teams, students, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of courses, high academic quality, and positive learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Planning & Coordination: Coordinate daily academic operations for online and/or offline coaching programs. Prepare and manage class schedules, batches, timetables, and academic calendars. Ensure smooth execution of live classes, recorded sessions, and assessments.
  • Faculty Management: Act as a point of contact between faculty and management. Support faculty with class schedules, study plans, and academic resources. Monitor faculty performance and class quality. Assist in onboarding and training new educators.
  • Curriculum & Content Support: Coordinate with content and curriculum teams for syllabus planning and updates. Ensure timely delivery of study material, tests, and assignments. Review academic content for alignment with course objectives and exam requirements.
  • Student Support & Engagement: Address academic queries and concerns of students. Track student attendance, progress, and performance. Coordinate doubt‑solving sessions, revisions, and extra classes when needed. Support student retention and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Assessments & Reporting: Coordinate tests, mock exams, and evaluations. Analyze student performance data and prepare academic reports. Share insights with faculty and management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
  • 1–4 years of experience in academic coordination, EdTech, or coaching institutes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms such as LMS, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
