LBS1 / BCBA - Full-Time School-Based Position
Onsite | School Setting
We are currently seeking a dedicated LBS1 or BCBA to support students and staff through behavioral intervention, consultation, and crisis response within a collaborative school environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Respond to team calls for students experiencing behavioral challenges or crises
- Support Autism Support (AS) and Emotional Support (ES) classrooms by developing behavior plans and modeling strategies for staff
- Assist with behavioral and de-escalation training for school personnel
- Oversee behavioral data collection and provide recommendations to educational teams
- Conduct observations within general education classrooms
- Remain onsite and available throughout the student school day to provide support as needed
- CPI training preferred; school can provide training if needed
- Strong team collaboration and support system in place
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple classroom settings
- Active LBS1 or BCBA credential/licensure required
- Previous school-based behavioral experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis-management skills
- Experience supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs strongly preferred
