description

eastern university's department of biology invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach anatomy & physiology i labs (biol
233l) for the fall 2025 semester. Labs are on the st. Davids campus and are held in person on wednesdays from 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm.

qualifications

candidates are required to have a phd or master’s degree in biology, exercise science, or a related field, and experience teaching at the college/university level. To be considered, applicants must submit a cover letter to include a brief statement of their faith, curriculum vitae, unofficial copies of graduate transcripts, and three current professional reference letters. All positions remain open until filled.

background checks

standard university employees are required to complete the background clearance process.   • fbi criminal record check;

  • pennsylvania state police criminal record check.
  • in accordance with state laws, act 73 of 2007, act 153 of 2014, act 168 (relating to the child protective services law), school employees of eastern university who will have "direct contact with children" must complete the background check process prior to employment. Results must be submitted within ten days of receipt.
