Upper School Robotics Coach

Shipley seeks a Robotic Coach to lead its First Tech Challenge (FTC) team during the 2026-27 school year. This team will meet after school from 3:30 to 5:00 each weekday from September to March, with less frequent meetings in the Spring. This is a stipend, exempt position reporting to the Assistant Head of School for Educational Excellence.

Major Responsibilities
  • Coach the Upper School robotics team as they compete in FTC competitions.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise in robotics.
  • Experience working with upper school students.
  • Ability to foster creativity and problem‑solving skills in students.
  • Experience with FTC is a significant plus.
