The Theatre Department invites applications for adjunct faculty to join our dynamic community. This is an ongoing recruitment effort to establish a robust pool of qualified candidates; applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis for specific teaching needs that arise throughout the academic year.

• Education: A minimum of a Master’s Degree (M.A. or M.F.A.) or a Ph.D. in Theatre, Performance, or a closely related terminal degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated excellence in college/university‑level teaching, preferably within a liberal arts theatre program. Professional experience in relevant theatre disciplines is highly valued.
• Faith Commitment: Applicants should have a Christian commitment compatible with Eastern University’s mission and be willing to support the mission and vision of the university.
