Location: Fairfield

Certified or equivalent Ski or Snowboard Instructor positions, teaching groups and individuals of all ages, with full and part-time opportunities available.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.

Employment type:

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Shift type: part time hours available; full time may vary up to 40 hours per week. Minimum age: 16 years. Housing availability:
Yes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Teach group and private lessons.
  • Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
  • Deliver world class guest service to all guests.
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment.
  • Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment.
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Comfort working with guests of all ages, especially children aged 3 and older.
  • Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
  • Successful completion of training to meet skill, guest service, and safety standards.
  • Background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania required before employment.
