High School Teaching / Agriculture Education

The Agriculture Teacher delivers engaging, standards‑based instruction in agriculture, food systems, environmental science, and natural resources. This role fosters a hands‑on learning environment where students develop practical skills, leadership abilities, problem‑solving techniques, and an understanding of agricultural career opportunities. The teacher connects classroom learning to real‑world applications through experiential activities, agricultural projects, and school‑based learning experiences. Responsibilities may also include advising and supporting student leadership programs, such as FFA, and helping students explore pathways in agriculture and related industries.

• Small Veterinary Science
• Large Veterinary Science
• Horticulture and Food Science

• PA Agriculture K-12 (1200) Certification preferred.

Full‑time position beginning August 28 through October 9, 2026, following School Board approval and completion of pre‑employment requirements.
