Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on available online courses, programs, and learning plans
Understand students’ academic interests, strengths, and career goals
Guide students in selecting suitable courses and learning paths
Provide information about course structure, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes
Follow up with students to ensure engagement and progress
Address student queries and concerns via calls, chats, or video meetings
Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports
Collaborate with sales, academic, and support teams
Participate in webinars, orientation sessions, and student outreach programs
RequiredSkills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain academic concepts clearly and patiently
Basic knowledge of online learning platforms and digital tools
Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with students of different age groups
Preferred SkillsMin 1 year of experience in student counselling, education, or Ed Tech
Familiarity with career guidance or academic advising
Ability to handle targets and performance metrics
