About the Role:
Neshaminy School District, in partnership with the Devereux Center for Effective Schools, is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for 3 elementary autistic support classrooms in grades K-3. This leadership role will be charged with helping to create a new program and instilling best practices for their students that require high levels of support. This position focuses on providing high quality behavioral consultation, assessment, training, and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for up to 24 students (8/classroom).
Core Creek was built to replace the aging Buck Elementary, which opened in 1966. In addition, its larger capacity allowed for adjustments to be made to enrollment numbers at other district elementary schools, easing overcrowding and accounting for demographic changes throughout the district.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide classroom consultation on behavior supports and classroom management
- Conduct FBAs and develop positive behavior support plans
- Deliver staff and family training
- Support program development and data‑based decision making
- Coach staff and ensure fidelity of behavior plans
- Provide supervision to registered behavior technicians and instructional assistants

- Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
- BCBA certification, or eligible within 90 days
- Must have relevant behavioral experience.
- Experience with students on the spectrum required.
