Tenure Track Assistant Professor – Biology

Villanova University’s Department of Biology invites applications for two tenure‑track assistant professor positions in physiology, beginning August 2027. Research in the department ranges from molecules to ecosystems, and we maintain a vibrant community committed to advancing new knowledge in biology.

Successful candidates will establish productive research programs, integrate undergraduate and graduate students into their work, actively seek extramural funding, and contribute to the department’s curriculum. They will provide effective instruction to a diverse population of undergraduate and graduate students, teaching courses related to human physiology and anatomy and additional courses in their areas of expertise.

• Ph.D. in biology, physiology, or a related field
• Outstanding research potential and excellence in teaching
