We are looking for passionate educators to help build a school from the ground up. As a founding team member, you will be responsible for designing dynamic hands‑on learning experiences, fostering a supportive classroom community, and collaborating with families to guide each child’s individual journey. You will also work with the team to develop curriculum and implement modern Montessori practices that evolve with the world around us.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or Associate’s degree or CDA for certain positions).
• Strong dedication to early childhood education.
• Must obtain Montessori certification within first year of employment.
• Experience in early childhood education preferred.

$35,000 – $48,000 per year (final base determined by experience, credentials, and location).
