We're seeking a long-term substitute science teacher who is: passionate about student success, a collaborative team player, committed to continuous growth, and ready to lead with heart and purpose.

What you'll do:

• The responsibility of the long-term substitute science teacher is to support students by providing instruction in content area subjects.
• Inspire and support students to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, team-based environment.
• Contribute to a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
• Use innovative strategies and tools to enhance teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education certification - mid-level science grade 6-9, secondary science 7-12 (preferably biology).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
