Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification - English as a Second Language (ESL) Program Specialist PK-12 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
