Project Associate
The Department of Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Special Education (EPCSE) in the College of Education is seeking individuals to fill vital Project Associate roles within the department for work throughout the summer. Individuals hired as Project Associates will either work with assigned faculty on a research project or provide technical and classroom management support for instructors. Project Associates hired through this program will not be expected to deliver content area instruction although content area knowledge is a desired qualification.
Specific responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the faculty member which the individual is assigned.
Desired Qualifications will include the following:
- Specialized advanced knowledge in subject areas of Educational Psychology, Development, Statistics, and/or Rehabilitation and Human Services.
- Collegiate-level teaching experience either as an instructor of record or course Teaching Assistant.
- Or collegiate-level research experience either leading a research project or collaborating with faculty/PI as a research assistant.
- Experience working with and using technology in educational settings.
