The Kinesiology Department has a need for qualified part-time teaching assistants to assist with classes during the academic year. Our need primarily involves general assistance with a small number of courses including holding office hours to answer students' questions, grading assignments and assessments, proctoring exams, helping with Canvas, and facilitating the efforts of the instructor of recording.
We invite applications from qualified applicants preferably with at least a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field, and/or an equivalent knowledge based on experience. Qualified applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and contact information for three professional references.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
