Positions are available to Internal Staff for the 2026 Extended School Year (ESY) Program:
Position Title:
ESY 2026 Para educator (Internal Only)
Dates:
Monday, June 29, 2026 - Thursday, July 30, 2026
Schedule:
8:45 am - 12:15 pm
Rate of Pay:
As per the BEC collective bargaining agreement
Location(s):
- Elementary
- Cheltenham Elementary School - Secondary
- Cedarbrook Middle School (Wycote Elementary School if needed)
Qualifications:
- Evidence of 20 hours of job-related professional development completed during the 2025 - 2026 school year
- Have completed at least two (2) years of postsecondary study; or Possess an associate degree or higher; or Meet a rigorous standard of quality as demonstrated through a state or local assessment.
Final staffing levels will be determined by student enrollment numbers. Primary consideration will be given to Cheltenham School District BEC Staff.
