Adjunct Faculty - Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development
Villanova University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions in the Graduate Programs for Human Resource Development in their online and on-campus evening program. The applicant must be committed to excellence in human resource development and hold at a minimum a master's degree in human resources or related field.

Teaching courses for the Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development fully online and/or on campus.
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. The applicant must be committed to excellence in Human Resource Development.
Advanced degree (Masters, JD, PhD, EdD) and previous teaching experience.
The Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development will accept applications throughout the year. This adjunct position falls within the salary range of $1,160.00 – $2,230.00 per credit/contact hour. The final compensation will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate's educational qualifications, course type (drill, lab, lecture), course level (undergraduate or graduate), and market benchmarks.
