Annville-Cleona School District is seeking a compassionate, student-focused Emotional Support Teacher to join our special education team at Annville Elementary School for the start of the  school year. The ideal candidate will support students' academic, social, and emotional growth in a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education certification (PreK–12) required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Experience with behavioral supports and developing positive behavior support plans is preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing specially designed instruction and support to students receiving emotional services
• Developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned caseload students
• Collaborating with general education teachers, a special education consultant, a behavioral analyst, related service providers, and families to promote student success
• Implementing proactive, positive behavior support strategies in individual and small-group settings
