Full-Time Toddler Teacher/ Infant Teacher (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to join our caring and energetic team. Our teachers have the opportunity to do their best work every day in a modern, state-of-the-art center, while helping our little learners grow through play, discovery, and meaningful connections.
Hiring Bonus: $400 (After completing a year)

Role Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom where toddlers can learn, play, and grow.
- Use a growth mindset to nurture curiosity and inspire a love of learning.
- Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in ways that support each child's individual development.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's daily activities and milestones.
- Work closely with leadership and team members to support classroom success and enrollment goals.
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a positive learning community.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of experience in a toddler classroom preferred
One of the following is also a plus:
- Associate's Degree
- CDA Certification
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Must meet state licensing requirements

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
