ESL Adult Education Instructor
Clinton County Central Intermediate Unit 10 is an education agency in Centre, Clearfield and Clinton counties. We are seeking a Part-Time ESL Instructor to provide instruction to adult learners primarily in Clinton County. This position supports individuals whose primary language is not English as they work to develop skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver ESL instruction to adult learners in both in-person, remote and incarcerated settings
- Support diverse learners with varying language proficiency levels
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Teaching certificate preferred
- Experience working with ESL instruction
- Ability to adapt instruction for in-person and virtual formats
- Clearances
Required:
Act 34 (PA Criminal History) Act 151 (PA Child Abuse History) Act 114 (FBI Fingerprinting)
