Intermediate School Principal (Grades 3-5)

The Eastern Lebanon County School District is seeking an exceptional education leader to serve as Intermediate School Principal (Grades 3-5). This position is an administrator who is an outstanding instructional leader, understands the critical role grades 3-5 play in preparing students for future academic success; builds the capacity of teachers through coaching, collaboration, and high expectations; uses evidence and data to improve instruction and student outcomes;
builds trusting relationships with students, staff, families, and the community; communicates with integrity, professionalism, and optimism; and contributes as a collaborative and active member of the district leadership team.

- Evidence‑based instruction improvement
- Trusting relationships with students, staff, families, and the community
- Integrity, professionalism, and optimism in communication
- Active collaboration within district leadership
- Pennsylvania Principal Certification (K-6 or K-12)
- Clearances:
Current Act 34, 151, and 144
- Minimum of five years as a classroom teacher, counselor, or other education specialist
- Masters Degree required
- Administrative experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum, assessment, instructional leadership, and school improvement
- Lead instructional improvement and student achievement in grades 3-5.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate faculty and staff to strengthen teaching and learning.
- Use classroom observations and student data to guide continuous improvement.
- Lead state and local assessment implementation and analysis.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and student‑centered school culture.
- Collaborate with district leadership to implement curriculum, professional learning, and district initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with families and the community.
- Develop and manage building resources while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
