Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC) is seeking experienced trades professionals to join our Adult Continuing Education team as Part-Time Evening Apprenticeship Instructors. If you have a passion for your trade and enjoy helping others develop valuable skills, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC. Candidates must hold a current Journeyman or Master license in their trade and have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating technical proficiency.

Candidates should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with basic computer proficiency.

Previous teaching experience is a plus but not required. BCTC provides support and resources to help experienced trades professionals successfully transition into the classroom.

Starting Rate: $36.00 per hour
