Part-Time Instructor Positions

Gwynedd Mercy University seeks to fill part-time instructor positions teaching undergraduate general education courses in Religious Studies through a universalist approach for Fall 2026. Available sections are in-person and daytime schedules; 15-week semester. Classes begin August 31st.

• Master's degree or higher in Religious Studies or Theology. Experience teaching at the college level. Proficiency in LMS usage required.
• Subject matter expertise.
• Clear and engaging presentation skills.
• Adaptability to different teaching modalities (in-person, hybrid, online).
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• Part-time, contractual position; hours vary by course load.
• Compensation based on institutional pay scale and number of credit hours taught.
