Both the Leesport and Oley Campuses Looking for a rewarding opportunity to support students and make a positive difference each day? Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) is seeking several dedicated Instructional Assistants to join our team and help high school students succeed in a hands-on, career-focused learning environment. This position will be available at the beginning of the school year.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be proficient in math, reading and writing. Specialized training and/or working with youth is preferred. For the East Campus position, candidates possessing work experience in any technical trade is a plus. For the West Campus position, candidates possessing work experience in the Graphic Communications and/or Video and Media fields is a plus.

What is the schedule? Full-time (32.5 hours per week); work schedule is congruent with the school calendar (190 days). Summers off, no night or weekend work!
