School Lunch Director

This is a part-time position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate meal services and place weekly orders with food service vendors.
• Provide meal services to the students of Veritas Academy.
• Maintain the system for placing lunch orders and ensure that payment is received.
• Assist in the monitoring and review of lunch program procedures.
• Implement and monitor recommended food safety standards and sanitary handling procedures at all times.
• Maintain necessary files and records.
• Purchase supplies and food for the lunch program as needed.
